In the winter time, the view is much better, but please note it may be possible to improve the full year view with with HOA/PUD approval. The main floor bedroom is generously sized with a king bed and a full bathroom just off to the side. The stackable laundry machine is also on the main floor. The open air loft is currently used as a game room, but it could potentially be used as an additional bonus/bunk room. Alpine Village HOA is one of the BEST IN THE SMOKIES with well-manicured common areas, yard maintenance for each cabin and it has not one but TWO COMMUNITY POOLS!!!When most people think TURNKEY, this is the TURNKEY they think about... This cabin is SELF-MANAGED, so the owner has the option to ''transfer'' future rental reservations with an acceptable offer and agreed upon in writing by both Buyer and Seller.
